The NOKTON 75mm F1.5 Aspherical is a large aperture manual focus medium telephoto lens.
Covering a full-frame image circle, the optical design is optimized for the image sensor of Nikon Z system cameras.
The lens is equipped with electronic contacts which communicate data with the body.
In addition to Exif information and in-body image stabilization (3 axes), by combining with camera body features and the latest firmware.
the lens has three types of focusing support functions:
- (1) Focusing by colour changing of the focus point frame,
- (2) Focus-peaking function,
- (3) Focusing with the enlargement button.
The lens construction consists of 7 elements in 6 groups, providing both compactness and high performance despite the large aperture of F1.
The aspherical lens provides excellent descriptive performance from the maximum aperture throughout the entire scale.
At the minimum focusing distance of 0.5m, the maximum aperture range of this lens at F1.5 is approximately ±2mm, which is very shallow, allowing
you to enjoy a smooth bokeh effect.
On the other hand, using a minimum aperture of f/32 at a minimum focus distance of 0.5m, the focal range is approximately ±4cm, allowing for deep focus.
The silky-smooth focusing of a high precision metal helicoid is aided by an engraved diamond pattern which provides a secure grip for the user and
extremely accurate focus.
The aperture is nearly circular with 12 blades and the synergistic effect of the large F1.5 aperture and slightly longer focal length makes the lens
ideal for "large background blurring" and also renders out-of-focus areas of point light sources in a well-defined manner.
