Nikon MC-35 Adapter Cord

Nikon MC-35 GPS Adapter Cord is designed for the D300s, D700, D4, D3S, D3x, D800, D800E and D2Hs and connects GPS devices to the camera's 10-pin connector via a PC cable which is supplied by the manufacturer of the GPS device. The MC-35 enables these cameras to be connected to NMEA-0183 protocol compatible GPS (Global Positioning System) units. Its function is to support the recording of location information such as latitude, longitude, altitude and UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) at which a shot is taken. This can be recorded from a GPS unit to the image's metadata. This is for connection to GPS units that comply with the NMEA 0183 (ver.2.01) interface standard.
