STAGE 1: REGISTERING YOUR EOS R SYSTEM CAMERA
- Head to the Canon Register web site using the following link rf-reward and choose 'submit your claim'
- Complete the online form with personal details, bank details and details of the EOS R System Camera you wish to register
- Click submit
- Upon successful submission you will receive automatic confirmation via email with personal login details to allow online claim status check and registration of any additional lenses
STAGE 2: REGISTERING LENS PURCHASES
- Proceed to Customer Online Tracking System and log in with the username and password supplied to you upon initial registration (through the online claim form):
- Navigate to the LENS purchase claim form by clicking on the 'Register your claim' button on the top right corner of the Tracking System
- You will be redirected to a registration form where you must fill in the product details of your 2nd/ 3rd etc. lens purchase and submit the form
